We created a public mailbox calendar in our EOL instance. All appropriate users have access to it but can only see the events that they create. Is there something I missed? Thank you..

    Hi @Curt Eberfeld

    Thanks for the information.

While based on my test, I was not able to reproduce this issue.

Below are the steps of my test.

1.create a public folder calendar following Create a Public Folder calendar in Exchange Online

2.check the current permission on the calendar folder 01

    kael: Owner

    user01: PublishEditor

    Default: Author

3.create a meeting as kael in Outlook and create a meeting as user01 in OWA on the public calendar

4.check the public calendar as different users kael:

    1

    user01: 2

user02 (another user which has no specific permission in the tenant): 3

To further troubleshoot this issue, please share below information:

1.run Get-PublicFolderClientPermission -Identity "\public_folder\calendar" in Exchange Online Powershell to get the permissions on the calendar folder

2.the steps you are using to create meetings on this calendar (including client versions, like Outlook or OWA)

3.the issue symptom that you are not seeing others' meetings on the calendar but only the meetings you created

(please attach screenshots for us to better understand the situation, and do not forget to hide your personal information in the screenshots)

    Thank you for your response.

    1. Here are the access rights to the calendar

    User's image

    1. Meetings are typically created in the users Outlook desktop client.

    An example would be:

    1. A meeting created by Kayleah Stephan cannot be seen by Kristin Stephan or myself. When she creates a meeting and adds me as an attendee, I can only see it in my local Outlook and not the public calendar

This meeting was created in the public calendar and I was invited to it

    User's image

And this is what I see in the public calendar.

    Thank you..
