If several people are using a shared calendar and the creator/originator that created the calendar leaves the company, will the other users still be able to use the calendar and see all the events/meetings posted on the calendar? Everyone will have full edit permissions to the shared calendar.

    Hi @Virginia Martinez ,

In the case of a shared calendar in Outlook, if the original creator of the calendar leaves the company and their account is deleted, the shared calendar they created will also disappear. This means that other users will not be able to access the shared calendar, including those who were given owner permissions. You can refer to this similar thread.

If a user creates a calendar and then leaves the company, you can export their calendar and import it into a different account, effectively replacing the old calendar. Please kindly refer to Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file

Remember, this action should be taken before the original creator’s account is deleted. If the account is deleted before these actions are taken, the shared calendar will disappear.
