I would like to have incoming emails form a shared mailbox to forward to a monitored line for alerting purposes and the text of the email is the message the phone call conveys.

    Hi @Salvatore T Licata ,

Outlook does support automatic forwarding of emails, however, forwarding emails to a phone line for alerting purposes and having the text of the email conveyed as a phone call message is not a built-in feature of Outlook. This would likely require additional services or software that can convert emails to phone alerts, which are outside the scope of Outlook’s functionality.
