Hello, I have Mozilla Thunderbird and Outlook installed on my PC. Since a few days, I have migrated mail to Outlook, and I have established it as my default app for mail, but if I click right button in a file and Sendto mail option, it opens a new mail on Thunderbird. What else can I do? Regards, Iggy.

    Hi @IggyAl ,

It seems like your system is currently set to open Thunderbird instead of Outlook when you click on “mailto” links. Here are some steps you can follow to change this setting:

    1. Press the Windows key, type “Control Panel” in the search bar and click Open.
    2. Type “Default Programs” in the search bar then click on it to open.
    3. Select “Associate a file type or protocol with a program”.
    4. Search for “Mailto” and click on it.
    5. Select “Outlook” from the listed options.

If this doesn’t work, you might want to try repairing your Office installation:

    1. Go to “Apps and Features”.
    2. Select the Microsoft Office product you want to repair and select Modify.
    3. In the window “How would you like to repair your Office Programs”, select Online Repair > Repair to make sure everything gets fixed.
