I want to manually remove a member from a dynamic group from GUI the remove option is greyed out. I am a Global Administrator so I'm uncertain why the Remove option is greyed out. Do we have any PowerShell command for this?

You would have to change the criteria in the dynamic group to remove them. IOW, you modify the rule https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-365-admin-center/how-to-remove-members-from-dynamic-groups-in-azure/m-p/3901180

@Doug Rager, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For dynamic group, dynamic group membership adds and removes group members automatically using membership rules based on member attributes. So the remove option is greyed out for dynamic group. For this option, it can only work on assigned group.

To remove the member, you can follow Andy's suggestion to change the dynamic group membership rule

Hope the above information can help.
