Not able add Redmi Note 13 Pro or Redmi Note 8 Pro to Company Portal

Not able to add new Redmi Note 13 Pro to company portal using Microsoft Intune software. Tried many times of uninstallation, cleaning etc., but didn't work. It was working on my Redmi Note 8 Pro but stopped working there too. Chidananda M A

    @Chidananda, M A, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, only Android work profile for personal devices and Android device administrator enrolled devices are using Company portal. For other Android Enterprise enrollment methods, they use Microsoft Intune app.

    And if the end user attempts to launch the Intune Company Portal app, the end user will be redirected to the Microsoft Intune app and the Company Portal app icon will be subsequently hidden. For other Android enterprise enrollment devices, please use Microsoft Intune app instead.
