My iPhone broke and I can no longer use Authenticator.
I was unable to log in to Azure because I had two-factor authentication set up.
Please tell me how to enable login to Azure.

    There are a couple of options that you can explore to restore access to your account:

    1. If you're the only global admin on the account and are completely blocked, reach out to the Azure/365 Data Protection team to restore your access. You can reach them at 866-807-5850
    2. You can reaching out to Microsoft support through this link -- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
    3. You can try to use the recovery form defined here -- https://account.live.com/acsr
    4. Create a support ticket through a different account by following the steps defined here -- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide

    @Tsubota Yasuo

    Thank you for your post!

    I understand that your iPhone broke, and you aren't able to login to the Azure Portal since you don't have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app to complete your MFA.

    Unfortunately, when it comes to lockout scenarios (Outlook or Microsoft accounts), the recommended way to regain access to your account is through the account recovery form, if you can't receive a verification code for any reason.

    I apologize for the inconvenience but please keep in mind that the recovery process is designed to protect your account and its contents.

    • Note: If you enabled the Backup and Recovery feature you should be able to recover your account credentials. For more info

    For future reference, I'd also recommend creating and managing an emergency access account in MS Entra ID, this will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your MS Entra ID organization for any reason.

    I hope this helps!

    If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
