    Hi Luis,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing the Azure Portal. If your account is locked, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR): If you have SSPR configured, you can unlock your account from a trusted device or location1.
    2. Wait for the Lockout Duration to Expire: Azure AD accounts that are locked by the Smart Lockout capability will automatically unlock after the lockout duration has expired1.
    3. Contact Azure Support: If you’re the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access2.

Please note that currently, administrators cannot unlock users’ cloud accounts if they have been locked out by the Smart Lockout capability1. Also, if your account is a guest account in Azure directory and it’s been locked, you’ll need to contact the tenant global administrator to get your guest account unlocked from the tenant2. If you continue to have issues, I recommend reaching out to Azure support for further assistance. They have the tools and access to more closely investigate the issue.
