Print an Appointment from Calendar in New Outlook for Windows

Can you print just one appointment from a calendar in the new version of Outlook? I have multiple appointments at the same time and want to only print information from one of the appointments. Is this possible?

This issue drove me crazy but I did find a work around. If you have an online 365 Microsoft account you can go to your outlook there. Open the meeting notice you want to print. There should be a small icon on the top right to open in a new window (right next to the close X icon). Click that and then when the new window opens you can right click and a print option will come up on the menu.

The solution that L Tarin posted works, but if the meeting invitation includes a long message (or embedded meeting agenda in my current situation), only part of the message prints.

It is August 2025 and this problem is not fixed - this is insanity. It is a necessary function to print individual calendar invites and should be on the ribbon (a no brainer). I guess it is back to "old outlook" for me and my executive. A shame.

It's mind-boggling that Microsoft has DELETED basic functionality from one application after another. This was a solved "problem" in the '90s!

[Ctrl + P] doesn't even work to print an individual meeting with notes from the new Outlook calendar. Printing an event/meting seems like basic functionality.

Based on my test, i found that when we try to print calendar events in New Outlook for Windows, we can only print all calendar items in the same time period at the same time. I'm afraid that individual messages within the same time period cannot be printed individually.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. At present, what I can do for you is to submit feedback for your request and I have post here, and you could vote for it. C'mon Microsoft. I cannot believe you have the useful feature of being able to print individual appointments on the internet version of Outlook. https://outlook.live.com/calendar/ >> open appointment >>> right click >>> print

Thank you for the answer. It seems sloppy of Microsoft not to have included a "print event" button in the first place - many of us have routinely used that feature of the "old" Outlook.

The linked post seems to be no longer there. And it's been more than 2 years now for the basic feature that most people used are not resolved (but it was there in the classic outlook). Do better microsoft.

You can print details from a calendar event in Outlook online. (Open Event, Select All, right click, Print Option) But not from the New Outlook app itself. This is super frustrating and should be added as a feature. We often have agendas and action items in events that need to be printed off.

I just open the event and use the snipping tool to capture and print it.

Just a FYI for other users until it's fixed in new Outlook. Open the individual event, Ctrl A (to select all), Ctrl C to Copy, Ctrl V to Paste into Word and print from there.
