Certification Program problem

Dear I need to schedule the exam for microsoft Certifiation and if i schedule the exam am getting the error on Microsoft.com/mcp Our records indicate you have been terminated from future testing in the Microsoft Certification program and will not be allowed to register for exams. Please contact customer support with any questions or concerns regarding your status. I need to schedule exam for My microsoft certified trainer Renewal process
