User not able to access the one of the website service and getting i/o error

We have an environment hub and spoke model with outbound internet controls via Azure Firewall . One of the Source machine generating traffic towards internet towards website .Website is accesable but one of the service is not working . Error showing my internal Firewall Ip address to destination i/o error Do the needful suggestion..

Verify that the virtual network and firewall rules are configured properly on the storage account. In order to test if the virtual network or firewall rules are causing the issue, change the setting temporarily on the storage account to Allow access from all networks.

Check if the firewall policy is blocking or matching any requests that should be allowed. You can use the Azure Firewall logs to see the details of the requests and the rules that are triggered.

I understand that you are routing all Internet traffic of your hub and spokes via Azure Firewall. One of the Source VMs is trying to access a website and it is accessible but one of the services is not working and throwing an error showing your internal Firewall IP address to destination i/o error.

When you say the website is accessible but one of the services is not working, is it within that website?

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message?

Is that service working from any other machine?
