I recommend you to delete and reinstall different browsers. I encountered the same problem and solved it like this.

Looking for guidance on how to troubleshoot the new Purview portal (in preview) no longer loading data (when it was previously showing it). It is apparently related to some setting in my computer (likely inadvertently changed) since:
- data does show in the classic portal,
- issue is happening with different browsers (Safari, Chrome) and,
- not happening in my colleagues computer for the same instance.
