I'm having some difficulties rehabilitating my virtual machine. I created it in my personal email but the name of the main user is in my corporate email. My virtual machine is disabled and I cannot enable it via the corporate email stating that I need privileges and the option to enable is not appearing in my personal one.

    Hi @Vitoria Silva

it seems like you're likely dealing with a tenant-related issue. Try switching directories to resolve it. Here are the steps you can follow: Sign in to the Azure Portal using your corporate credentials. In the top right corner, click on your username or the option displaying the current directory. From the dropdown menu, select "Switch Directory." Look for and select the directory associated with your personal account or the environment where your virtual machine is located. After switching directories, try accessing your virtual machine again and check if you have the necessary permissions to enable it.diretorio

Get in touch if you need more help with this issue.
