I added a Palo Alto SaaS firewall with my Azure virtual hub for testing. I deleted the firewall resource after testing, but it is not allowing me to delete the hub. I am getting the below error message

I understand you have deleted the NVA but based on the error message NvaDeleteNotAllowedWhenPartnerResourceReferencePresent Can you try the PowerShell command below and see if that helps removing any NVA references still present?
Remove-AzNetworkVirtualAppliance -ResourceGroupName <RGName> -Name <NVAName> -Force
If this does not help, a support request will be required in this case as the deletion of the resource should happen from the backend.

I have the exact same problem. Powershell gives the same message - will log a ticket.
My issue has resolved after logged a ticket.

Issue: You were unable to delete a virtual hub which was still connected with deleted NVA
Solution: Your issue was resolved after you raised a support ticket. As Microsoft backend team's help was required to delete the resource.
