Account email error

My accounts login email is getting deleted soon. Unknowingly, I attempted to connect another email to the account. Turns out the email I connected is already connected to a microsoft account. I want to delete this microsoft account but it is making me do verification but I cant access the email because it's getting deleted. Please help.
