Onedrive synce issue

In my environment, I have two tenants, A1 and A2. The CI SharePoint is hosted on A2. Our A1 users are accessing the files through a "Guest" account, but they cannot sync files. They are getting the error "Sorry, OneDrive cannot add your folder right now." Interestingly, users can sync files on non-autopiloted devices, but when they try to do so on autopilot devices, they encounter the same error.

I found this article stating that syncing content using a guest or external account is not supported. Instead, use an account that's internal to your organization. But the strange thing is how it's working on non-autopilot devices. I'm not sure if there's any policy or setting in Azure AD or Intune that could prevent OneDrive sync if there are two tenants and A1 users are accessing the files through a "Guest" account while the CI SharePoint is hosted on A2

@TechUST, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems Guest account is unable to sync files on Autopilot enrolled device. But it works on non-Autopilot devices. Before going on, could you confirm if the non-Autopiloted device is not enrolled into Intune either?

If yes, I wonder if any policy related with OneDrive or SharePoint may affect it. To narrow down the issue, please go to Intune portal and find the affected device, check all the configuration policies applied to this device to see if any OneDrive or SharePoint policy applied to it: User's image

Choose one test machine without these policies applied. Add one by one to narrow down which one may affect.

Please try the above suggestion and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
