The limitation will be per request, so you can make 100 request/minute. If you are sending the email to 10 people (5 To, and 5 in the CC for example), then you can send 100 emails to 1000 people
- Distribution list (DL) will be counted as 1 message.
- Quota can be increased. Yes, it can be increased, you need to open a support ticket, and our internal team will review and approve the request based on different factors.
- Can we have unlimited quota? No, there will always be an upper limit and as mentioned earlier increasing the limit will be dependent on different factors.
