The customized branding for our org's sign-in page, shows '2013 Microsoft' in the lower right hand corner

We used the following as a guide to customize the sign-in page for our organization: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/how-to-customize-branding Didn't customize much besides add-in a background image.

The issue is, on the page that prompts for the password it displays '2013 Microsoft' in the lower right hand corner. The page prior to it that prompts for the username, shows 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy & Cookies'. Then the page with the password prompt shows as attached with the '2013 Microsoft'. The final 'Stay signed in?' page goes back to showing 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy & Cookies'.

Is there a way to get rid of, or change, the '2013 Microsoft' text? Have tried turning the footer on/off with no effect. There is concern that is appears dated and that the password processing portion is from 2013.
