Hi Team,

We are using Azure Communication services in our application to schedule and join the group meetings (Audio & Video).

Reference taken from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/voice-video-calling/get-started-with-video-calling?pivots=platform-web

But the meeting is getting disconnected after 30 seconds of joining. This is happening whenever the user's device network is connected through hard-wired instead of Wi-Fi. Are there any limitations to the meeting or is there any security concerns?

Thanks in advance. Can you please help me on this ASAP.

Hello @Paditham, Mohan krishna we are sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

When the meeting disconnects are you seeing any errors? Can you please share a screenshot of you see when call disconnects so we can narrow down the potential cause.

Based on the info you provided, this sounds more like a networking issue vs security. The quality of real-time media over IP is significantly affected by the quality of the underlying network connectivity. Factors such as latency, packet loss, and jitter can impact the stability of your meetings. It’s possible that the hard-wired network connection is experiencing these issues, leading to the disconnections.

Ensure that your network is configured to support the bandwidth required by concurrent Communication Services media sessions and other business applications. This Azure doc shares the bandwidth requirements for ACS.
