Does Azure Communication Service and Dynamics 365 Customer Service support MMS

I'm trying to demo SMS messaging in Dynamics Customer Service Omnichannel. Incoming text only message into D365 customer workspace is working.  However, when I text an image (.jpg), it does not work.  Using Twilio.  Documentation states that attachments are not support with SMS text via ACS. Alternatively, the support file types are listed that are supporting with Twilio.  So in theory, it should work.

But now I'm wondering if ACS and Dynamics support MMS?

    Hi @Marjorie Holleran that's correct ACS and Dynamics Customer Service Omnichannel currently do not support Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) functionality. This means that while SMS text messages can be received and sent, images or other multimedia content cannot be transmitted through this channel. I will reach out to the ACS team and see if there is a workaround for your scenario and will get back to you when I hear back from them.
