Is it possible to apply a default font to all company Outlook users automatically?

    There is no built-in method in Outlook to restrict fonts for all users. Setting the default font needs to be done separately by the user. Also, not all email clients support the use of a custom font, and recipients may not be able to view the font unless they have it installed on their computer.
