Hi Microsoft team,
Can we deploy both Azure firewall and Palo Alto NGFW( SaaS) implementation in Azure Virtual WAN Hub, and send private traffic through Azure firewall and Internet traffic through Palo Alto NGFW( SaaS Implementation)?
Please advise.

You can deploy NVA along with Azure Firewall in vWAN hub, but only approved partners NVA can be deployed in vWAN hub. PA is not approved yet. Refer to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-wan/about-nva-hub

My question is regarding the Palo Alto NGFW, not NVA.
Below is the Microsoft documentation to deploy Palo Alto NGFW SaaS in VWAN hub. I want to know if we can deploy both Palo Alto NGFW and Azure firewall in the VWAN hub, and choose Azure firewall for Private Traffic and Palo Alto firewall for Internet traffic.
