How to fix email formatting with frame

Hello,
I have this really annoying issue where I go to draft a new email and the format frame pops up (see screenshot below) everytime and when I go to remove it, it still shows up when people respond to my email. This is the bane of my existence and I have no clue how to fix it. HELP PLEASE!
