I have been able to resolve the issue. What I found is the user has been in Sharedusermailbox and once I corrected that usermailbox it in exchange user came up in search. Thanks again for your help.
A specific user does not show up in Microsoft Teams application user search
We have a user who gets deleted after 24 hours from a Teams channel that's auto updated with all active users and also does not show up in search when trying to add the user to an active chat with other members. We can access the user in the main people search, but they do not show up specifically in these cases. Please suggest if there is a specific sync process that needs to be run?

- Sign out of Teams and sign back in again.
- Update MS Teams to the latest version.
- Uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it.
- Clear the Teams cache from your device.
- If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
Hope the above information is helpful for you!

2024-03-14T01:26:57.86+00:00 Thank you for your tips. We did the steps mentioned but the user added as a member to the teams group that auto enrolls all users deleted this one user after 24 hours.
we manually added again and will check tomorrow
also that member we can’t add to chats through search user.
Still looking for a solution that resolves this isolated user issue
