Hi,
Wondering if anyone else had this issue, my company recently moved from on-prem to Microsoft Azure and when we were adding users to Azure we noticed that they were complaining about slower speeds on their pc's. CPU usage spiked and we went back to check the intune management center for device configs and everything was fine there no errors now we tested with no device configs and still get high cpu usage but identified that the microsoft intune management extension was causing the problem. Obviously we can just turn off the service and it will work fine but is there any actual fixes for this?? I can't rack my brain around it.

Hi,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
1,Is that CPU only once the device boots or during the first enrollment? Do you have a lot of PowerShell script configured? We can try to wait and restart the clients to have a try.
2,It's probably the files have been infected with a virus by your firewall or anti-virus software, we can try to disable the firewall or anti-virus software to have a try.
