I'm the owner of a Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription with Role = "Service Administrator "
Since yesterday, I cannot use (run/edit) AML notebooks, getting the following errors shown on top of the screen:

Yesterday I was also able to edit the computes (add / delete) but can't do it any more.

I can still manage access control for the subscription.

Hello @Tomasz Marciniak , I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!
Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to "Accept " the answer.

Issue: Failing access to edit/execute AML notebooks

Solution: It seems that after starting to use Key-Vault, the user needed to switch to Azure RBAC to add the "Key Vault Data Access Administrator" role. However, after doing so, they started seeing errors. It appears that the errors may be due to missing some basic roles.

After adding these roles, it worked again.

Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
