Occasionally, platforms issue notifications detailing the reasons behind the block on your sandbox access. Please check your account inbox for further details.
Regrettably, there's limited action you can take aside from awaiting a response to your appeal. The duration of this process may vary depending on the policies and procedures of the organization overseeing the sandbox.
Here are some basic steps you can follow if your sandbox access has been restricted:
1.Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as this may resolve temporary access issues. You can do this through your browser's settings.
2.If feasible, attempt to access the sandbox environment from another device or use a different web browser to determine if the problem persists.
I have tried several times to reproduce the issue, and the documented steps works fine for me.
