Hi, @Sachin Agarwal Welcome to Microsoft Q&A thanks for posting your question.
Restore to a Separate subscription is not possible, link here

However, if you are using are SQL API we have intra account copy activity that can migrate the data within Cosmos DB.

So using the above process we can migrate complete azure cosmos db container(graph and document both) from one account to another account within same subscription??

I was wondering if any of the below references all do the same solutions ?

@Sachin Agarwal Thanks for providing additional information on your question,

graph is actually gremlin layer which is virtual & document is the actual data so you should be able to migrate. If it is just a resource movement then use azure resource group transfer etc.
