Hello,

Ik have a Intune endpoint security baseline and a defender baseline.

Some how those policies give a conflict on the scan schedule.

I tried al lot of different settings in both also configured them with the same settings.

When I only have one policie active there is no issue as soon as I ad the defender baseline I get the conflict.

I read more people have that issue but no solution.

If more info is needed please ask :-)

Hope to get a solution.

Thanx in advanced kind regards,

CF

@Richard, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems when we configure "Defender schedule scan day" in both Microsoft Defender for Endpoint baseline and MDM Security Baseline with the same setting. It shows conflict. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Based on my testing, when I configure the same value under "Defender schedule scan day" in the two policies, it can apply successfully in my environment.

But from your description, it shows conflict. To check this, I suggest open case to look in the background to troubleshoot it.

    Thanks for your understanding.
