Information Protection sensitivity label user defined: How to end-user in adobe reader can open the file

Hello team,

I am protecting a PDF with MIP using AIP UL client that is the software used to protect PDF with sensitivity label.

1.
I protect first time with user sergio.compliance@yahoo.com, the user went to the email download the file and open the file using the account: sergio.compliance@yahoo.com. it worked.

2.

Then, I protect the file removing sergio.compliance@yahoo.com and adding a new user sergio.compliance@gmail.com. I sent the email to the gmail account.

the user gmail received the email, download the protected file, however, when I try to open using PDF adobe reader, I can't open the file.

I looks like adobe reader continue logged with the user YAHOO.COM.

how can I change the user that is trying to open the file from sergio.compliance@yahoo.com to sergio.londono@gmail.com?

how can I switch the user to the user email that was sent the email to?

i.e.: I can't open the file using adobe reader, "user doesn't have the permissions", how can I know the users that is trying to open the file? how can I change that user to the user that has the permissions to access?
