On this web page I am getting..

    If you’re encountering restricted sandbox access, you can refer to the troubleshooting steps below for assistance:

      1. Firstly, please log out from all Microsoft accounts currently active in your browser. Subsequently, make an attempt to sign in using your Learn ID.

      2. Alternatively, you can try accessing your Learn account by opening a new incognito or private browsing window.
