no existing phone number, how to make phone number available for incomming call after aquiring Korean number.
Hello,
Due to regulations, I have set up a Korean phone number that can only receive calls on communication service. I double-checked my number is activate on azure portal, but when I make a call to the number, it says "The phone number doesn't exist".
I tried to check what went wrong by the following example, but what I can check is only my communication service user token works well. (I know, as I said above, due to the regulations, outbound call is not available. I'd like to confirm that this example accept an incomming call only)
Are there any additional steps I need to make Korean phone number available for incoming call?
