Creating a web app with custom code

Dear all,

Trying to create a web app using the following tutorial:

I doing through visual studio to create the web-app and deploy it.

But i get the following error

This region has quota of 0 instances for your subscription.

    You can try requesting a quota increase yourself, a process that usually takes only a few minutes to complete.

    If this doesn't work, you'll have to rely on a support engineer to address the quota issue for you.
