I referenced the following page's suggestion and downloaded an earlier
version of Visual Studio - which I am now using, however
my reported error, inability to install and use
Visual Studio 2022 Community has not been solved.

Are you using any antivirus or security management software? If so, can you confirm that they don’t block VS 2022 Community from launching?
If possible, I may suggest you disable them temporarily, or try to check their configurations.

Additionally, early in my failed install, the software reports, "this installation is not for your OS", though I am using, Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2, OS Build 20348.2322, as a student access.
