Outlook app on Android requiring register device all of a sudden?

Phone app for outlook was working until yesterday. Yesterday it is asking to register device. Did Microsoft do something that is now requiring devices be registered? -- Answer for people in the future --

REMOVE COMPANY PORTAL FROM PHONE AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER YOUR PHONE.
