Hello,
For some reasons, i'm unable to create B2ats_v2 and B2pts_v2 virtual machine while having the student pack.
As displayed there, the B2ats V2 and B2pts_v2 should be available for the Student Pack :
The B2ats_V2 at least displays on the list when trying to create it, but not the B2pts_v2
When I look at the quotas, it's 0/0, which is the reason i can't create them.
Any idea?

You need to request quota increase.

Note this does not guarantee that this specific VM size will be available - that's dependent on demand

Shouldn't the quota be already included?
And when you say that it doesn't not guarentee that ill get it, then is it included in student pack or not?
Also, i think that i can't ask for quota increase with student pack
If so, you will not be able to use that particular VM size
Choose another Burstable size instead

Edit: This issue should now be resolved.
This is a known issue that is currently being worked on that only affects Azure for Students Starter subscriptions. The temporary workaround is to deploy a B1s virtual machine as these subscriptions do not have the ability to increase quota.
Thank you for being patient and for reporting this. We send each report to the virtual machine team and they are working to unblock B2ats_v2 and B2pts_v2 virtual machines for student subscriptions.

Is there any dead-line for a fix?
On the similar question, the deadline was for 24th jan, it has been two month, and the original bug was posted on november..
Hello, @Nassim EL KARATI ! I'm currently escalating this within the virtual machine team and reached out again this morning. I'll let you know as soon as I have an update.
Update: A fix is being deployed to address the quota limitation on impacted subscriptions. The quota update will start in 1 week, followed by 1 month of global deployment. Follow the main thread for additional updates and information.
