  1. If the subscription is in the Korea region, is it possible to get a phone number for communication services?
  2. Is it possible to get a phone number with prepaid credit subscription(Korea region)?
  3. If the subscription is in the Korea region, is it only possible to receive calls, not make calls?

    Azure free subscriptions are not eligible for purchasing or using phone numbers through Azure Communication Services.

    from the following list, you can find the limitations for azure communication service in Korea

    as you can see you can receive calls but you cannot make call or send SMS
