Call to 'synchronous translation' failed, the client exceeded the request limit?

Hello, this is my first time using the API interface for synchronous translation, and during testing, I always report the following error:

{"error": {"code": "InvalidRequest", "message": "The server rejected the request because the client has exceeded request limits.", "target": "", "innerError": {"code": "AppIdOverQuota", "message": "The server rejected the request because the client has exceeded request limits."}}

CURL requested:

Curl - i - X POST“ https://fanyi-document.cognitiveservices.azure.com/translator/document:translate?sourceLanguage=zh -Cn&targetLanguage=en&api-version=2023-11-01 preview "- H" Ocp API Subscription Key: ************* "- F" document=@ e: \ test. txt; Type=text/HTML "- o" e: \ test1. txt“

The content in the requested @ e: \ test.txt:

<div>测试下同步文档翻译</div>

The same KEY is correct when I call text translation, but only the "synchronous translation" API fails. I have carefully reviewed the documentation regarding the restrictions on this API and have not found any areas that exceed the limits:

F0: 2 million characters per hour

Document size ≤ 10 MB

Total number of files. one

Target language count 1

Translation memory file size ≤ 1 MB

The character limit for translation is 6 million characters per minute (CPM).

    Hi @Fan Yu

    Thank you for the response.

    "The server rejected the request because the client has exceeded request limits" might be the case of the F0 tier. Please consider upgrading to a higher tier.

    To answer your second question, for your specific use case, you should be using the document translation API to translate longer documents.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
