- Repair Office: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Look for Microsoft Office, right-click on it, click on Change, then select Repair.
- Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache, temporary files, cookies, etc. Then verify that you place the right credentials and log in to your account.
- Disconnect Troublesome Account: After closing Outlook, search for ‘Accounts’ in Windows 10 or Windows 11. Click on the ‘Access work or school’ option to see the connected accounts on your computer.
- Create a new profile: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, delete the old profile and add a new profile, then re-connect your account.
