Assign M365 user with role to only be administrator on entraID joined computer

Hello,

I joined some computers to EntraID. Since this is in another country, I received a request from subsidiary boss for an admin account for installation purposes. Is there a role in M365 admin portal that I can assign to a special user that will have admin privileges only on computers?
