Lost account due to hacker, what do I do?

I am scared, annoyed and frustrated that I cannot get my account back, I am writing this on my alternative account in hope for that I can get back what belongs to me, I have sent several account recovery reports in and still I get an reply back saying I need to do another recovery report every single time, what else is there to do if both my email and phone number has been removed...?

I have several emails to prove that I am the rightful owner but where and how can I send them in order to recover my account?
