Hi Everyone,

My devices are currently experiencing a sync error (0x80190190 Bad Request - 400). I've attempted various troubleshooting steps such as restarting service and manually initiating sync attempts from Task Scheduler, but no luck. I've come across suggestions online, including re-enroll, but I haven't tried that yet. Has anyone encountered and successfully resolved a similar issue?

@Swahela Mulla, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the sync error, it can be that a registry key that was completely missing from the device.

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Provisioning\OMADM\Accountsguid\SslClientCertReference User's image

If not there, please create this key with the Intune MDM certificate thumbprint. with the value like MY;System;thumbprint

Enter CERTLM.MSC in search box or run. Then open local machine certificate store. Then we can find the Intune MDM certificate.User's image

However, if it still not working, you can try the method in the following link to see if it can help.

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope the above information can help.
