Is there any way or mechanism by using we can run the Onedrive and SharePoint sync on every after few hours or scheduled time from SPO admin or Intune or other ways?

From SharePoint perspective, unfortunately, there is currently no good solution. OneDrive starts syncing whenever a file is added to the folder, or whenever it detects changes.
