My team accidentally deleted an important user's synced account. We attempted to restore it on active directory, but the user is still unable to access their history, such as Teams and Exchange Online mailbox. How can we restore their data?

    Hi @MamadouCoulibali-4946

Check if you can find his account deleted in Azure portal.

In this case you can restore it by matching the immutableID if delete account in Entra ID and msds-ConsystencyGUID in active directory.

If his account in Entra ID has been deleted permanently, there is no way to restore it. You can try to raise a support ticket to Microsoft.

It can take some time after the account is restored to get their mailbox back. Follow the instruction here, and wait for the process to complete: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/active-directory/restore-deleted-user-accounts

If you are in Hybrid, follow these steps instead: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/recipients-in-exchange-online/delete-or-restore-mailboxes#restoring-a-user-in-a-hybrid-deployment
