    Hi Stan-1,

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing due to issues in accessing the sandbox.

Please note that only 20 sandboxes are available per day. Check your usage quota, and if the sandbox has already been activated but is now closed, reactivate it before continuing.

We have successfully activated the sandbox, as illustrated in the screenshot provided below for your reference.

This situation can occur when our automated system detects potential misuse of the platform, such as banned code or unexpected activities outside the lab. Once banned, all Microsoft Learn sandbox activations will be blocked. Use the appeal button to submit a review request. Our backend team will verify the lab activity and unblock the sandbox within 24-36 hours if the appeal is successful.

Please following below troubleshooting steps to regain Sandbox Access:

    • Sign out from all the tabs in the current browser, clear the cache files, and try logging in again with your Learn ID credentials.
    • Sign out from the current browser and try to log in from an incognito window or an in-private window.
    • Switch to a different browser and try logging in again.
    • Log in with a new personal email account into the learn path in a completely new browser and check.

Even after performing the troubleshooting steps, please wait until your appeal has been reviewed and approved.
