Does Outlook for Android, v.4.2410.0, no longer work with legacy on-prem Exchange (2016, 2019)?

The other day (Mar 21, 2024) all of our Android devices got updated to the aforementioned Outlook for Android version.

They immediately stopped working with our on-prem Exchange systems and I haven't been able to get them to work since.

This is annoying and has forced us to switch to Bluemail or GMail both of which still work.

    Hi @Liverdonor ,

According to my research, which is a known issue affecting many users after updating to version 4.2410. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear App Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
    2. Reconfigure Email Account: Open Outlook > Settings > Add Account. Enter your email address and set up the account again.

If the issue persists, It is recommended that you contact Outlook for mobile support, they can provide accurate information of how to setup your account in the app and if it is currently possible.
