According to my research, which is a known issue affecting many users after updating to version 4.2410. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- Clear App Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Reconfigure Email Account: Open Outlook > Settings > Add Account. Enter your email address and set up the account again.
