Hello,

I am looking to configure a background image file for Microsoft Teams from the backend, to apply to all users in my tenant. Can someone please provide me with the details on how to do this?

Thank you,

ZB

    Hello @Zeeshan Bute ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft QnA platform. If you are referencing to Teams Meeting Background then as an admin you should be able to follow the steps listed on following article:

    User's imageUser's image

Note: Only you and Teams Premium licensed users that you assign this custom background policy to can use custom meeting backgrounds during meetings. Your users can still upload their own backgrounds for meetings, regardless of whether they have a Teams Premium license or not.

I hope this helps you resolve your query. Please "Accept the answer" if the information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.
