Language Service is not detected when using East US region

I'm on the exercise to use Language Studio. When I create Language Service by using East US region (because that's the region we should choose based on the instruction), then I want to choose the Service from Language Studio, the service is not detected or found. This always happening, because I've tried so many times. Please check about it, because I can't continue the learning progress, and the countdown for the learning deadline is still counting.
