I'm doing exercise for module: Fundamentals of Azure OpenAI Service. It says I need to request access for Azure OpenAI.
When I wanted to fill out the form, there were lots of questions regarding company data, starting from the company email address, company name, until company telephone number. There are at least 9 points of company data that have been asked to be filled out.
My question is, what if I don't currently work for a company? Or what if I take this learning based on personal desires, not representing the interests of the company? And when I registered to take part in this challenge from Microsoft (CLOUD SKILLS CHALLENGE), as far as I remember, there was no requirement that this challenge be intended only for people who were already working in a company. And when registering, I was not asked for company data such as the company email address, etc.
Then, how can I complete this exercise?
Please help. Thank you.

Yes, I can understand about the limited access policy, that's why we need to request access before using the Azure OpenAI service. However, the main question is: can access only be given to people who already work at a company? Because in the request form, there are questions that must be filled in regarding data on the company where we work.
Then, from the main question, other questions arise. What if people who haven't worked yet want to learn about Open AI? Meanwhile, this material and exercises are intended for the public, including in this Cloud Skills Challenge program, and for the purposes of taking certification. I'm sure there are many people out there who are not yet working and want to learn more about using the Azure ecosystem and take certification, so that it can improve their abilities and skills, and become a selling point for them to apply for jobs at companies that require expertise in the Azure field.
I don't think it's possible for a company who already using the Azure platform, but recruit people who don't understand Azure to then participate in Azure training and certification to represent the company, using company data such as email, company name, telephone number, etc., just because Microsoft's policy requires that participants must already work at a company to be able to learn about Open AI. It would be wasting time and budget for those company.

Hello everyone. I also have a question on this topic. What are the commitments of the company I work for with my registration request? What happens if other company employees also fill out this form? Our desire to complete this module is not aligned with the company's plans for this product but is purely individual and has no commercial goals.
