How to fix AzureMLCompute job failed DeserializeJobRequestFail: Job failed to load certificate

I am creating a pipeline in AzureML using Designer but getting this error after submitting it:

AzureMLCompute job failed
DeserializeJobRequestFail: Job failed to load certificate with the error: Failed to find certificate due to IO error when finding cert: No such file or directory.

How should I resolve this?

Solution: Restarting the compute instance helped and solved the problem.
